Matterly Estate

A 2,200ac mixed farm in Hampshire which also hosts the World Motocross Championships and Boomtown Festival with it’s 75,000 attendees.

In addition to the typical farming information mapped, we added the all the utilities including the estate’s own oil well, fibre optic cables, private water supplies and electrical cables. All the 11 road entrances, some of which didn’t have postcodes. The map has since been updated to capture additional land purchased and changes in land use.
